I've never owned a dog. I've only read a couple of dog books, and this is my first Pekingese book.In general I found this book to be a pleasant read, but on several occasions I felt like she had taken a generic dog book, filed off the generic dog, and stuck in the word Pekingese.
There were a lot of typos, but I often find that to be true in ebooks.
What was really annoying was it seemed like every two minutes there was a link to an ad. If the ads were to support the low price, I would have appreciated a warning before I bought it. If she genuinely felt those links would be valuable to us, she could have gathered them all together in one section instead of whacking us over the head with them continually.

The Complete Guide to Pekingese edition by Sally Bennett Crafts Hobbies Home eBooks Reviews
I love my Peke to death but I was hoping to get more information that was not obvious- specific medical issues, how to train them etc.
A well presented book covering information that Pekingese pet owners need to know. We babe owned a number of Pekingese in our lifetime and have loved them all. This book is great.
I learned so much about my dog and how to take good care of her from this book. It was well worth the money I paid for it because it provided so much information I did not know.
